Q:HOW DO I PAY?
A: We accept Cash App
$KAREEMET, Cash, Debit/ Credit Cards, and PayPal with a 3% Service Fee. 

Q: DO I NEED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT?
A: Deposits vary. Please see price pages for specific deposits.  All Deposits go towards rental price.
Mobile Deposits are refundable AFTER the rental is return and inspected undamaged.

Q: WHEN DO I PAY?
A: Full Payment is due 1 week prior to date of event. Mobile delivery varies.

Q:DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER HOOKAH FLAVORS?
A: Yes, if requested 1 week in advance from event.

Q: CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE MORE THEN 10 HOOKAHS?

Yes, if requested 1 week in advance from event.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
A: Severe Weather: If you need to cancel due to severe weather we ask for a 3 hour cancellation window. For cancellations made within the 3 hour window you will receive 75% of the deposit plus cost of the event. If cancelled outside of the 3 hour window you will receive 50% of deposit plus cost of event. 
Any credit card or Paypal transaction fees are non refundable.
